Kim's Fried Hokkien Mee

The history of Kim's Fried Hokkien Mee dates back to the early 60s, when founder Tan Kue Kim, more popularly known as Kim,began working as a modest apprentice learning for the first time how to fry Hokkien Prawn Mee at Changi Village. Though at a young age, Kim has indigenously conceived his very own secret recipe concocted with his own blend of yellow noodles, fresh ingredients and sauces, and made perfect with his skillful frying techniques.
